Programs are based wholly on the needs & desires of athletes or coaches and
will be designed to those specific needs.

The sports performance program varies in number of weeks and number of sessions based upon the desired length of the course as per team/individual wants, needs and specific requests. This program can contain anything from working on straightaway speed and acceleration linear and lateral speed and footwork to power strength and condition. Sports performance program is designed to distinct requirements for each specific athletic need based around sports specific training.

Program includes all of the following for each athlete:

  • Body composition analysis (Available upon request)
  • Meal plans – registered dietitian and PHD approved. (Available upon request)
  • 1-3 Trainers at every session depending on group size.

You have to be 18 years of age or older to join our team, or with a parent/guardian’s signature if under 18.
We don’t have memberships so you can start and stop at anytime. We do require a mental commitment from our members to achieve their fitness goals.
