As a member of IDEA, a leading fitness organization, and a respected guest speaker, Jerry stays ahead of industry trends and brings innovative and effective fitness solutions to his clients.

Alex, a Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from YSU, has over eight years of experience in designing and organizing physical fitness and sports performance programs. His tailored approach to training ensures that clients receive the guidance they need to achieve their fitness goals effectively.
Darris Binion
Darris BinionPersonal Trainer
Darris has been a personal trainer since 2000, bringing experience from high school and college athletic coaching. With a degree in Athletic Training from Ohio Wesleyan University, Darris is a NASM Certified Trainer, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, Functional Movement Specialist, and Red Cross CPR Instructor. He’s dedicated to improving clients’ athletic performance and overall fitness through expert training and safety.

Destiny Ketchum
Destiny KetchumPersonal Trainer
Destiny, a Personal Trainer with a degree in Exercise Physiology from YSU, has been training clients since 2014. A former college cheerleader, Destiny is an ACSM Exercise Physiologist who combines her academic background and athletic experience to create personalized and effective training programs for her clients.

Dante Romano
Dante RomanoPersonal Trainer
Holding a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification, Dante is well-versed in the latest training techniques. He also earned his Bachelor’s of Applied Science degree from Youngstown State University, where he honed his expertise in exercise science. With his combination of education and certification, Dante is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized and effective training programs.
Trey Lidle
Trey LidlePersonal Trainer
Trey holds a degree in Education and has spent the past decade coaching high school football and baseball. His experience includes designing and participating in off-season strength and conditioning programs, which have honed his skills in athlete development. Trey is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, enabling him to provide comprehensive fitness and nutrition guidance to clients.
Nick Fedak
Nick FedakPersonal Trainer
Nick graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is a certified Exercise Physiologist. With four years of hands-on training experience, Nick has worked with a wide range of clients, including youth athletes, teens, the general population, and individuals struggling with overweight and obesity. His expertise covers various fitness goals such as weight loss, muscle and strength gain, sports performance, and overall health and longevity.
